Our Agents

Carol has lived in Callaway County for more than 40 years. She resides near Auxvasse, Missouri with her husband, David. They have three sons, two daughter-inlaws and three grandchildren who also live in the Auxvasse area.

Carol has had a previous career in healthcare, but for the past 7 years has been a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Niedergerke & Co.. She received the 2006   Sterling Society Award from Coldwell Banker for production achievement in 2006.  In 2007 Carol earned the Diamond Society award and Summit Level awarded by the AUdrain Bord of REALTORS.  Carol will be happy to serve you as your real estate agent.
