Our Agents

Sara is a mid-Missouri native and has lived in Callaway County most of her life. She is a North Callaway R-1 alumni and sports fan. Sara currently resides in Fulton with her husband Keith, a diesel technician at Ennis Implement Co in Mexico, MO. They welcomed thier first child, a daughter, into thier family in November of 2006 and then a son in August 2008.
 
When Sara is not helping families meet thier real estate needs, she enjoys spending time with her children.  You will often find them at the local YMCA, parks or the library.  They also enjoy family activities at thier church in rural Callaway County.  Sara also volunteers her services as a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician, ensuring that car seats are properly installed to keep children safe.  And, when time permits, she enjoys a run through her community!

Sara has been a full time Realtor for over 10 years. Sara completed the coursework earing her Broker-Salesperson designation in 2005.  She holds a degree in Business Administration from Columbia College and is currently working toward her Graduate Realtors Institute designation.  Sara is a Certified Negotioation Specialist.  She also holds the designation of Certified Real Estate Sales Consultant.  Sara was the 2004 Coldwell Banker Niedergerke & Co Agent of the Year.  She is a multiple Diamond Society and Award of Excellence winner.  Sara was the 2007 President of the Audrain/Callaway Board of REALTORS®.  She is also the Chairperson to the CENTER committee which implements real estate education courses in local schools.
